Which areas does Go Runner serve?
At the moment, we only deliver within the city limits of San Francisco.

 

How much does it cost?
All deliveries within the city limits are negotiated.  A  flat rate is agreed upon and you won’t be bombarded with additional hidden fees. VIP pricing and discounts available to our regular customers

 

What size parcel can you deliver?
Just because we use scooters doesn’t mean we can’t deliver larger packages. We can deliver parcels up to 30” 20” 16” and up to 60 pounds.

 

Is my package insured?
Yes, all of our deliveries are insured.

 

How can I get in contact with Go Runner?

How quickly can I expect my package to be delivered?
All deliveries will reach their final destination within one hour. Exact timing depends on distance, weather, and other factors.

 

What are Go Runner’s hours of operation?
We’re open seven days a week from 7:30am until 10:00pm.

 

How can I get in contact with my courier?
Once your order has been placed and your delivery is sent out, you will receive a text message with a live tracking link. Use this link to follow along with your order or contact your driver.

 

How can I track my deliver?
You’ll receive a text message with your live tracking link as soon as your delivery is on its way.

 

How can I tip my courier?
Well, aren’t you generous! Feel free to tip your courier using cash.

 

How can I become a courier for Go Runner?
We’re always looking for more drivers. If you’re older than 23 years old, have a clean driving record, an M1 license, and are passionate about customer service, then we want to hear from you!

 

How do I pay for the service?
Registered users will be invoiced semi-monthly. You can pay with credit, debit, check, or ACH transfer.

 

Why should I sign up to be a registered Go Runner user?
Registered users enjoy the semi-monthly invoicing schedule, as well as special promotions.

 

Are there any extra fees?
Nope, there are no hidden extra fees! When we say “flat rate”, we mean it!

How do I know I can trust the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority, therefore we ensure that our drivers are expertly trained and your parcels are always insured.

 

Does the courier deliver right to my door or my office?
Yes, your courier will come bring your package right to you, so need to take an elevator to the lobby or throw on a pair of shoes to walk down the driveway.

 

Do you deliver to or from surrounding cities outside of San Francisco?
Yes, we deliver to surrounding cities as long as San Francisco is either the pick-up or drop-off location. Additional fee.
